Reflection: This was my first editorial and I was so excited to write it!! I was super stoked to write about desensitization of safety drills because it had been a problem I had noticed for a while, but never thought I'd get to share with the community. However, I had the preconcieved perseption that I would write about how students were the problem, which ended up not being voted on as the angle. That is why much of my early draft edits were me having to make sure I was sticking to the angle. Overall, I had a long 1st and 2nd draft, but really liked how the overall story came out.
