The Cost of Energy

Reflection: This story I wrote ended up being longer then I planned it to be. While the story was just supposed to be a small lead to introduce a graphic-heavy story, I ended up lengthening my lead to include facts about the issues of energy drinks. My biggest issues when writing this piece was attempting to stay away from editorializing, but also portray the effects of energy drinks. In the end, I relied on other credible stories & studies to accurately tell my readers the addictive natures of caffeine.
